For 25 years we have been designing and building steel buildings in Greece. Industrial buildings and workshops, warehouses, auto repair shops, and buildings for food production and storage.
We are just as interested in multi-story office and apartment buildings, steel frame and steel and concrete homes, and vertical additions to existing buildings, anchored to the existing structure or carried by an exoskeleton.
You can hand us the whole project, from the design to a turnkey handover. We can also take on only the structural frame or the cold shell of a steel and concrete building, meaning everything up to the walls, or the foundation and superstructure of an industrial building.

Most of our clients are not on site every week, and the project does not need them to be. We work almost entirely online, we put the important decisions in writing, and one person on our team is your point of contact from the first drawings to the handover.
Building permits in Greece are now filed and processed electronically, so you do not need to know someone at the local planning office. You need an engineer who knows steel buildings. Before you buy a plot, read what to check.
Steel and steel and concrete buildings are very safe and keep their strength throughout their design life. They do need a serious design by engineers who know these buildings well.
A steel frame home in Greece rarely costs less than the usual reinforced concrete and brick construction. Here is what drives the price, and where steel does come out ahead.
Speed is one of the defining features of buildings with a steel structure. The frame is fabricated off site while the foundation is built.
We especially enjoy building homes, and most of all the ones that truly need steel. Multi-story buildings, buildings that can only be built with an exoskeleton, difficult vertical additions, buildings with very long spans, and buildings with distinctive architecture or an industrial design aesthetic. In these cases there is no practical way forward without a steel structure, and we take that into account.
For other homes we want to be clear about two things. First, we now take on homes selectively. Homes that are already at the excavation stage, with a sound design, are an exception. Second, apart from the cases above, a steel frame or steel and concrete home only rarely costs less than a home built the usual Greek way, with a reinforced concrete frame and brick infill walls.
We design and build industrial buildings, warehouses, workshops, auto repair shops and other portal frame buildings, including composite mezzanines. We usually start from the proposal, the design and the permit, and we can carry the project through to a turnkey handover.
Over the years we have settled on fairly standardized solutions for these buildings, with steel and concrete from certified suppliers and with the design and construction signed by us. Walls and roofs are usually insulated panels with matching trim, sized to the project budget, and for more demanding architecture we use special panels or other facade materials.
