Electrical supplies showroom and store with a distinctive look. Along the line where the two-story section meets the single-story section, a reinforced concrete retaining wall takes up the change in level, while the rest of the foundation uses footings and tie beams. The showroom mezzanine is carried only by the main frames, with no intermediate columns.
