Buildings with a steel frame already go up quickly, and when it is needed we can go considerably faster, at an extra cost.
The frame is cut and prepared in the fabrication shop while the foundation is built on site, and on site it is assembled. This is where the speed comes from, yet every frame is custom-engineered for its own building.
Below we explain what else helps us save time. However tight the schedule, the safety of the people working on site comes first.

If you want an even shorter schedule, tell us from the start. We will tell you what the shortening costs and, if we go ahead, we organize the project around that goal. We make no compromises on the safety of the workers.
