how we work
Most of our clients are not on site every week, and the project does not need them to be. We have worked online from the start. The name Econ comes from e-construction, and from economy.
Collaboration happens almost entirely online, with professionals we have worked with for many years. The important things are discussed in writing, so you know at every moment what has been agreed, and misunderstandings are avoided. One person on our team is your point of contact from start to finish and passes information between you and everyone involved, in both directions.
Building permits in Greece are now filed and processed electronically, so the permit no longer depends on someone being at the local planning office.
We design in 3D (BIM), so you can see the building before construction starts. The architectural, structural and MEP designs are developed almost in parallel, so most errors are caught before work begins on site.
from email to handover
Buying land in Greece also involves a lawyer, a notary and a Greek tax number (AFM). These are outside our work, and it helps to have them in place before the permit stage. Our notes on buying land and building in Greece list what to check before you commit.

Tell us where the plot is, what you want to build, roughly how large, your timeline and your budget, and attach any drawings you already have.
