A building with careful architectural design and excellent construction, but without unnecessary costs. The exterior walls are 3D panel walls and the interior walls are drywall.

The ground floor holds the storage area with the store at the front, and the upper floor holds the residence. The frames are single-pitch and follow the shape of the plot, and the concrete slabs act together with the steel beams.
