Multi-story office building of steel and concrete construction. The building remains at the frame stage until investors are found to complete it.
Multi-story office building, Nea Erythraia
Multi-story steel and concrete frame, with cross bracing, bolted connections and steel deck for the floor slabs. The building has remained at the frame stage until an investor is found to complete it. It has a reinforced concrete basement and a 6-level steel frame that, unusually, starts from the basement (a very rare choice, which we do not recommend for many reasons). The stairs are steel and the beams have shear studs for the composite action of the slabs.
