A fine Econ workshop building with a good color combination and panels and special trim pieces from the Italian firm Elcom System S.p.A. The building includes a mezzanine in the offices and a basement because of the slope.

A fine workshop building with a good color combination and panels by Elcom System S.p.A. After the permit was issued, we filed a revision to add a basement, without exceeding the allowed site coverage, floor area and volume. The basement is in reinforced concrete and the steel frame sits on top of it.
