A modern commercial warehouse in Agios Spyridonas, Arta, for the company "Chatzopoulos & Co OE". The roof is gabled, with a canopy along the entire rear side. The foundation was built with footings and tie beams around the whole perimeter, with a reinforced concrete slab on grade.
